The General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DPSHTRR), starting this Wednesday, is headed by the new director Kreshnik Bajraktari.

In his speech, Bajraktari stated that the management of this institution is important, as it is related to the daily need for services from citizens.

Bajraktari shared the willingness to continue the current goals of the DPSHTRR, for fast, efficient and transparent services.

"For me, it is a great privilege to be leading the most important institution in terms of road transport services. It is a very important institution for citizens. I am aware of the weight of this task, even with the support of the ministry and the cooperation of the DPSHTRR staff. To provide quality, efficient, fast and fully transparent services. To make the lives of citizens easier through fast services. Connecting it with my education as an engineer, I express my desire to work with dedication, to reward this trust through work," said Bajraktari.
