Tirana Mayoral Race/ Teliti: I don't consider Qori, he will get some votes

Tirana Municipal Council member Derjan Teliti, invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli, spoke about the race in the Municipality of Tirana.

Teliti stated that the real race is between Binaj and Manastirliu. As for Arlind Qori from the "Bashke" Movement, Teliti said that he does not consider him in the race.

The Democrat said that Qori has once measured his strength in 2023 and in this election it will only serve to take away some votes from the majority.

These have turned out to be extreme leftists, there are some dissatisfied votes of the socialist majority who could easily be allocated to a neutral figure this time, a barrier is inserted in the middle that will function as a magnet that is a service to Edi Rama. If they had come up with another candidacy, I would say the race has 3 candidates. Qori was also in the race in 2023, he measured his strength, now he says we will make a name for ourselves. In this situation, I assess that he will function as a magnet for some votes that will flee from the majority. We went above and beyond ourselves by not putting forward a political candidate for the common interest, we believe that there will be a bunch of votes that are easily absorbed by Binaj, but this magnet comes out.
