Electoral Reform Commission/Gjiknuri: When the opposition was outside the

Co-Chair of the Electoral Reform Commission, Damian Gjiknuri, said at today's meeting that even when the opposition was not part of the Assembly, ways of cooperation were found.

Gjiknuri stated that the interest is for this commission to be a working commission and come up with a product.

The Socialist co-chair called on all those who are eligible to be part of the committee to participate and not hold the debate outside Parliament.

The real debate, said Gjiknuri, takes place in the meetings of the Electoral Reform Commission.

" We are interested in this committee being a working committee, to come up with a product. And when the opposition was outside the Assembly, we found a way to cooperate and come up with a complete package."

"I call on all members of the Assembly who are eligible to be a part, to come and participate. Don't hold the debate outside the Assembly, the real debate takes place in this hall," said Gjiknuri.
