The Democratic Party of Albania has reacted to the incident of the removal of the Israeli flag near the Israeli embassy in Tirana.
Through a statement, the DP strongly condemns this act, which it considers criminal, extremist and anti-Semitic.
According to the Democrats, such an act conflicts with the feelings and bilateral ties between Albania and Israel.

The Democratic Party condemns in the strongest possible terms the tearing down of the Israeli flag raised at the embassy of this country as an extremist, anti-Semitic criminal act that contradicts the feelings and traditional ties that unite our two nations and two countries, and demands the deserved legal punishment of the perpetrator. /CNA
