Balla "tooth for tooth" with Koceku: He will try if he gets a mandate

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, reacted today for the first time regarding the decision taken by MP Marjana Koçeku to leave this political force and stand as an independent representative.

In his speech to journalists, Balla said that there is still no official announcement about Koçek's departure from the SP group.

Further, the leader of the SP group "challenged" the MP regarding the mandate, implying that she could not receive the same votes without the Socialist Party logo.

"I think that even if this is not the case, a preliminary investigation should be conducted. I am the shepherd, as the head of the group, but I do not have a notification for a colleague. Everyone has their own decision-making. We have representative mandates. The SP voters voted for us. Let them try it once with the rose fist (the SP symbol) to see how they come out," said Balla./CNA
