I do not understand how the accused of the Berisha family and certain types of officials are being defended.

They have been accused that the properties and money they own have been put in their favor through corruption.

Courses...

They must say: these properties they are accused of are or are not theirs.

They must show that, if they are owned by them, how they acquired them: by purchase, by inheritance or by donation.

And here begins both the accusation and the defense.

The accused did not say that the properties are not theirs, but they are telling the Albanians that all this is an intrigue of Edi Rama.

Sir, if you own your property and bought it with clean money, nothing happens to you.

If you have several million euros or dollars in the bank, and you prove that you have them as a legal inheritance or as a profit from your business, everything is legal.

If you do not justify these properties and you have been a high official, you have certainly benefited from corruption.

That's how simple this matter is. There is nothing more than that.

As for me, until now, I have not heard talk about how the accused have benefited from a property for which they are accused, or even the money they have in bank deposits. They don't talk about this issue!!!

It's always reckless on your part, because if you were a high official and you can't show a legal source of the money with which you bought the properties, it proves that there was corruption.

That's the point.

But we are only hearing noise and accusations leveled at the Rama government.

Gentlemen, be sure of one thing: If you prove legally that the money with which the properties were bought was legal, nothing can happen to you.

But, the funny thing is that, until now, I have not heard anyone from the accused tell us: I have proven that I bought my properties with legal money, or I got them through inheritance.

Very simple.

Why don't they tell us this?

It is understood that until now the accused are facing the confiscation of properties as acquired in an illegal way.

However, let's see the course of court proceedings. Maybe they have the evidence for their clean money.

That's it. This is where this case is closed as a matter of law.
