Po vërtet, ky samit i procesit të Berlinit e pati një rëndësi. Por ajo nuk qëndronte, as në performancat artistike me regji të Ramës dhe as në mini kronikën, ku ai bëri spikerin që flet anglisht. Kjo “dhuratë” për Shqipërinë u negocua si shkëmbim i daljes së vendit nga aventura pro sllave e Ballkanit të hapur. Dhe po, në këtë kuptim, ky ndryshim kursi i Tiranës e meritonte një festë.
