There is an attempt to escape the truth about the global impact of the Trump Doctrine 2025 and its effects in Albania. In one month in office, this doctrine shook the world, stripping politics of the exhausting leftist propaganda that had invaded humanity. For justice, the earthquake began from there.

The 98 criminal charges against Trump in the US were dropped as political, prosecutors resigned, prosecutors appointed by Soros were ordered to leave, USAID was suspended worldwide, including in Albania.

The opposition leader in Albania came out of isolation, the special criminal justice carried out the most important arrest in these 10 years of an official in power!

The political rhetoric changed abruptly as soon as the criminal justice system no longer informed the government about its steps or its intermediaries.

More than 3 times a day the government mentions that the Americans abandoned the special justice. The truth is that USAID and OPDAT have left, but the joint investigative units of the FBI and DEA, NO!. They are there in the special justice. So the enthusiasm of the news of the abandonment does not seem to be justified.

But there is news about USAID and justice in Albania, and it boils down to the questions of US Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who devastatingly summarized them in her statement:

"The real questions, the answers to which citizens need to know, are these:

• Why was USAID funding joint programs with Soros foundations to promote radical social agendas in the developing world?

• Why has USAID been involved in funding judicial changes in Albania that resulted in the persecution of the Albanian opposition leader?

• Why has USAID been used as a tool by Democrats (the left) to brainwash the world with globalist propaganda, to impose regime changes around the world?

“If this is the funding that was made by USAID, it should be undone.”

This statement, made yesterday, February 26, 2025, caused a global earthquake and ultimately collapsed USAID, at least in Albania, Hungary, and Romania.

Meanwhile, for Albania, the events referred to began 10 years ago. And here is some news that I must share with the reader:

• It is news that USAID has used a radical agenda in Albania. Was the justice reform radical? Yes. It was not allowed and refused to be used in any other country after 2017, although there were attempts.

• It is news that the US will demand the return of the money to the beneficiaries, including relatives of ministers and former ministers. Therefore, they should be careful not to spend those funds, because they will have to pay for them themselves and not Albanian taxpayers!

• It is not true news that the US has abandoned justice, so officials, do not sign against the law and do not sacrifice your life and that of your family to trust the boss, whoever he may be.

If someone tries to deceive public opinion today, they should know that facts cannot be changed.

The essential question is: Was the Soros Foundation involved in drafting the justice reform package?

Absolutely yes. I have never had any sympathy for them and I refused to cooperate with their overpaid representatives, as well as payments to opposition experts 10 years ago.

Did they use propaganda and brainwashing to impose radical agendas like the justice reform package? Yes.

As proof, below you will find the letter I sent to the most important ambassadors, as vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Group, warning them and the public about what would happen if the draft prepared by the super-paid Soros Foundation (GENL) was approved. And here is what was said 10 years ago:

When I sent this letter with 5 main issues, and I held strong positions, very few supported me. The justice actors did not at all, not that they did not want to, but some were afraid of propaganda and some thought it was an unattainable dream. Meanwhile, propaganda, as the honorable Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene says, said:

"Whoever is against the draft is against the reform!"

But was I right? Is what was warned true?

In 2015, it was warned that:

1. The reform would be used for selective purges in the judicial system.

2. New appointments would be controlled by the ruling party.

3. People connected to political parties would take control of justice in the KPK, KPA, KED, ILD.

4. The new institutions KLGJ, KLP, GJL, GJK would be captured by the majority through unilateral appointments with the 84 votes they had in 2015.

5. The selection filters will eliminate the current President (then of the opposition) and the 8 institutions will form an octopus (eight legs) of political capture.

In 2025, 10 years later, the facts show:

• The purge took place through experimental and selective methods, while those who carried out the "purge" (former members of the KPK) have now been appointed to the Prime Minister and ministers as directors of government.

• The Magistrates' School has turned into a legal office for Socialist Party exponents, where, as the media reports, the lecturers are also their lawyers, openly in conflict with the law.

• All new justice institutions KPK, KPA, KLGJ, KLP, ILD, KED, GJL, GJK etc. were captured by the majority with 84 votes during 2016-2017.

This is the truth today and I wanted to share it with the reader because it completely matches what was said yesterday in the American Congress. I wanted to share it to emphasize that I feel good about my positions, which at the time were interpreted as opposition to the reform, to the partners and unfortunately they did not support me and left me alone.

Before I close this argument, I want to emphasize that everything that has happened in these 10 years is not only a consequence of the above, but also of the blackmail that was done to the opposition, especially since November 2017, when the appointments in the judiciary began - starting with the Temporary Prosecutor. Those who read me and were attentive at that time understand this well.

This blackmail was organized and orchestrated by a group in Albania, who bribed the head of the FBI to produce a fake blackmail dossier against the opposition and use it as a model against anyone who would oppose it. And it worked with some actually badly after they kept quiet. I did not, although I was never blackmailed or intimidated by propaganda, so I feel good today when I read the statements in the American Congress.

The US, 5 years later, did the country a great service when it convicted the contract killer, McGonigal, but there can be no complete justice without punishing the structured group that organized, ordered, and paid (the businessmen who organized, paid, and then benefited from the government, which was rewarded with public wealth), and not just the executioner McGonigal.

Clearing up this dossier is a challenge, and undoubtedly the era of the new Trump doctrine will take it to the end.

Yes, but selectively.

-Is corruption in the judiciary lower?

No! Go to the Administrative Court and see how citizens and businesses are treated.

-Is justice cheaper?

No! Ask businesses and citizens who have issues in the Administrative Appeal.

-Is justice faster?

No! 822 days for a common case in the Administrative Court. 338 days to clarify a decision.

-Is there any ILD control in these courts from the alarming trial procedure and disclosure of the decision to corruption?

Zero.

Is justice collapsing?

Go and see the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction. 1 year was the deadline for appellate judgment 10 years ago, 8-12 has gone today in 2025 after 10 years of justice reform.

What about Criminal Justice after 2016 and today in 2025?

They started in 2016-2017, right after the approval of the justice package and the appointment of the Acting Prosecutor. The government created confidence that it had appointed its own people, ignoring the foreign factor and the subsequent loss of control. The highest levels of corruption began when they blackmailed the opposition and corrupted the head of the FBI. That's when they came to life. Look at the media reports on how new judges and prosecutors are being produced from the school that has had my greatest personal support in the last 20 years.

But is there hope? Are there honest judges and prosecutors in the GJKKO and SPAK?

Yes, there are! There are more than 8 honest judges and 7 prosecutors, who do not answer the phone to any politician and are "lone wolves", trying to do the best for the country.

Are there honest judges in civil and administrative courts?

There are undoubtedly, from Lushnja and Tirana to Shkodra, there are boys and girls who work with honesty and dedication, from the first instance, the appeal, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, there are professionals and honest people who are certainly endlessly annoyed when they see that members of the KÇK organization, corrupt and servants of gangs or the government who are never controlled and enjoy wealth.

But 10 years is not a short time. The justice system of 2025 is no longer young. It needs advanced reform. A reform from the initial formation and up to the highest levels, far from the leftist approach and the debilitating propaganda of yesterday's left of Soros/USAID or those supporting it in Europe. This doctrine collapsed yesterday in the American Congress.

The USA has not abandoned and will never abandon Albania, so those who rejoice in false news are in vain and those who try to intimidate those they target are in vain. YES, USAID will not come after what we heard yesterday, but the new American doctrine will come.

Therefore, the country needs an advanced approach to justice around the new global doctrine, the new American justice.
