The government likes people without biography, without morals and without

There is an unwritten law in politics: the more murky your biography, the more likely you are to be invited into the inner circle of power. Not because you have talent, integrity, or vision, but precisely because you don't have them.

Power has an uncanny ability to sniff out spineless people and elevate them to the top, very high. Why? Because honest people are dangerous, while suspicious people are obedient.

That's why political careers are often built not on values. People with integrity have a big problem: they don't take orders. They demand rules, transparency, professionalism. While the government needs the opposite: willing soldiers, people with no biography or with dubious biography to hinder it, without principles to oppose it, without morality to resist it. People who, if you ask them, change their minds within a day, their parties overnight, and their principles within a minute.

Power seeks out fragile people, because it is not afraid to let the fragile go. They depend on power. Without the blessing of power, they are nobody, so they do everything to please it. They break laws, sign stupid things, justify crimes and, when necessary, even take the blame. Power has discovered that people with questionable morals have a unique power: they have no shame! Shame is an obstacle! Shame holds you back! It stops you from signing, from robbing, from betraying! While without shame, everything is possible.

The government wants people without a biography, because a clean and rich biography makes you independent. Whoever has a clean history also has a name; whoever has a name has dignity; whoever has dignity does not bow his head. When asked to be silent, he speaks. When asked to lie, he refuses. The man with a biography has nothing to lose. This man is dangerous for the government, because he is not afraid of tomorrow: he has it guaranteed by his own history. The man with a strong character is dangerous, because character cannot be bought, cannot be alienated, cannot be reformed.

Whereas a man without a biography is like a blank sheet of paper that power writes on at will. And it changes shape according to the bottle into which power throws it.

He has no history to defend, no integrity to preserve. His entire political existence is a gift. Therefore, he knows: if he returns to the "boss", he will disappear as quickly as he appeared. That is why the government prefers people with files, with debts, with stains.
These are the ideals, because they are blackmailable. Whoever is blackmailable is usable.
They do not dare to oppose. They do not dare to resign. They do not dare to even think differently. A single word reminds them that their career is a balloon that can burst within a second.

The government knows: immoral people, shameless people are treasures; they never feel guilty, they never withdraw, they never have moral and ethical dilemmas, and they always obey orders.

They have no political, professional or personal identity. In any system, a fast career is made with exactly this recipe: serve, keep quiet, accept, justify, benefit and serve even more.

And that's why, generation after generation, power relies on the mediocre, the servile, people who cannot resist any temptation. Power doesn't need personalities, because personalities create conflict. Power needs stupidity.

The reason is simple: a person with character is predictable, a person without character is controllable.

Power needs absolute control. It needs obedience, not independent thought. It needs cowards without integrity. It needs those who, when the boss speaks, remain silent, killing thought.

This is how power is built and maintained: with people without biography, without morals, without dignity.

Therefore, power invests in individuals that the system it produces, nurtures, and rewards. /CNA
