Saliu's speech is proving to be nothing but a meaningless statement, because Saliu wants to tell the public that he is still in politics. But he has not given any idea, and it is understood that in his defense regarding the criminal process that has been initiated against him by SPAK, he is so far avoiding the legal-criminal fact.

And this is the reason why Saliu is currently making an unprofessional defense, but only a denial of a popular character, and not at all legal in function of the evidence that the prosecution is presenting. Because this is already the defense that Saliu is presenting in the criminal process that is ongoing at SPAK against him.

But in fact, Sali Berisha is understood to have no political power so far.
But why is Sali Berisha still at the head of the Democratic Party?

Because now he has his own nightmare, especially if SPAK punishes him.
But will SPAK put Sali Berisha on trial?

The criminal process against Berisha is underway, but it is not clear what SPAK is trying to do; because it is now known that SPAK has named Saliu as a defendant for January 21st as well.

Then?

So far, nothing. Because everything is left here.

But we have to see what will happen after the last call that SPAK made to Saliu.
Meanwhile, Saliu has entered his worthless path of deaf protests without any force, which he is doing. And he is doing them, because it is understood that Saliu is seeking to remove his internal fear that he has regarding the accusation of corruption in SPAK.

This is why in his speeches he threatens SPAK, as if he has the power. (!)

But we must look closely at the entire process, because a hair's breadth separates comedy from tragedy, and it is a well-known case that, when a defendant denies an unrelated charge according to the logic of legal defense, he falls to an illogical level and therefore understandably further burdens himself criminally in function of the charge brought against him by the prosecution that investigated him.

Let's see how this issue will go in the coming week, after the last summons that was made to Saliu in SPAK. Because we must emphasize that the criminal process that is ongoing against Sali Berisha is in fact a historical process regarding the expected history of Albania, according to this question:
