Promoting long-term coexistence in Himare requires a comprehensive and balanced approach that addresses the interests and concerns of all communities involved. The ideas of nationalist conflicts every time there are elections are shared by the few citizens who have chosen to live there. Here are some ideas that can be implemented in Himare.

1. Dialogue and Mediation

- Organizing regular dialogue forums between representatives of the Albanian and Greek communities to discuss concerns and find common solutions.

- Involvement of independent mediators and international organizations to help facilitate dialogue and build trust.

2. Education and Education

- Promotion of joint education that respects and recognizes the cultures and languages ??of both communities.

- Organization of educational and cultural programs that promote understanding and respect for ethnic and cultural diversity.

3. Support of Civil Society Initiatives

- Encouraging and supporting civil society organizations that work to promote human rights, inter-ethnic dialogue and conflict resolution.

- Financing and supporting projects that promote inclusion and understanding between communities.

4. Law Enforcement and Respect for Human Rights

- Ensuring that property laws and human rights are applied equally and fairly to all residents.  

- Fighting any form of discrimination and promoting an environment where all residents feel safe and respected.

5. Interreligious dialogue in Himara can be a key factor in promoting coexistence and resolving conflicts.

- Creation of Interreligious Forums

-Organization of forums and round tables where religious leaders from Orthodox and Muslim communities can discuss common issues, share experiences and work together to find solutions.

- Encouraging the participation of representatives of local communities and civil society organizations to ensure that the voices of all residents are heard.

And many other ideas, so the attention should not be only on some village like Gurrasi or Mezezi, but also Himara is of special importance for the south of Albania.
