New details have come to light from the injury recorded the day before in the center of the city of Shkodra, where the 40-year-old with the initials A.C. was injured. 

It is known that the 40-year-old man received two of the four bullets in the chest, while he also has fractures in his arm, but managed to escape, even though he continues to be under the care of the doctors of the Shkodra hospital.

On the other hand, the suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen D. B., continues to be wanted by the police.

The suspected perpetrator, after inflicting the injury, left the "Dollar" area on a bicycle.

It is reported that the injured and the suspected perpetrator had a family relationship between them, while a debt is suspected to have been the cause of the conflict between them.

The day before, initially the injured and the suspected perpetrator were involved in a physical fight.

A policeman who was a civilian at that moment intervened by separating them, but both told the policeman that they will solve it themselves since they have a money problem. Just a few minutes later, the person with the initials D. B. allegedly took out the pistol he had with him and shot four times at the 40-year-old./CNA
