Roland Rexhepi, otherwise known as "Doda"

After the exchange of information provided by the intelligence of the State Police, a 34-year-old accused of premeditated murder was caught in record time in London and arrested with the intention of extradition to Albania.

It is about the citizen with the initials DH. He was declared an international wanted by Interpol Tirana, after the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Elbasan has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison".

The 34-year-old is charged with the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, military weapons and ammunition".   

He is accused of being one of the perpetrators of the murder of citizen Roland Rexhepi, also known as "Doda", an event that took place on 22.07.2009, in Elbasan.  

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Manchester, United Kingdom, is carrying out the procedures for the extradition of the DH citizen to Albania./ CNA
