Operation in Shkodra/ Weapons and drugs seized, 3 people in handcuffs

As a result of the checks carried out based on the data obtained in the operational route, specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section and the services of the "Eagle" Special Force finalized the operation codenamed "Delivery", as a result of which a case of drug sales and a case of illegal possession of weapons were uncovered.

During the operation, the Police services caught 2 citizens red-handed who were driving a motorcycle with the intention of selling doses of cannabis.

During the physical search of the 17-year-old driver of the vehicle, without a driver's license, and the passenger, citizen MM, the Police found a quantity of suspected cannabis narcotic divided into dozens of doses ready for sale.

Subsequently, during the search of the apartment of citizen MM, where citizens PM (his brother) and ZM (their uncle) were also staying, the Police services found a quantity of suspected cannabis narcotic substance, divided into approximately 280 doses, with pharmaceutical bags, 1 rifle firearm, 1 pistol firearm, combat ammunition and 4 mobile phones. 

At the conclusion of the procedural actions carried out by the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Sector: 

-the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto: MM, 18 years old, ZM, 36 years old and a 17-year-old minor citizen;   

-proceedings commenced in the free state for citizen PM, 20 years old.
