Wanted for cultivating 2,000 cannabis roots/ 38-year-old arrested

Shkodra police have arrested a 38-year-old suspected of being an accomplice in a drug cultivation case in the village of Musket in Malesia e Madhe.

Citizen VM is suspected of having cultivated 2,000 narcotic plants in the territory of the village of Mukset, Shkrel administrative unit, in collaboration with several other citizens, in August 2021. 

The 38-year-old was declared wanted after the Shkodra Court sentenced him to "prison arrest" for the crime of "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in collaboration.

Police Announcement:

"A 38-year-old man suspected of being an accomplice in the cultivation of 2,000 narcotic plants in the village of Mukset was arrested and put in handcuffs. 

As a result of continuous checks to locate and apprehend wanted citizens, based on information obtained operationally, the Crime Investigation specialists of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat have located, apprehended and detained the citizen: 

VM, 38 years old, resident of the village of Vukpalaj.

This citizen was declared wanted after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in collaboration. 

Citizen VM is suspected of having cultivated 2,000 narcotic plants in collaboration with several other citizens in August 2021 in the territory of the village of Mukset, Shkrel administrative unit.
