Cultivated narcotic plants/ Father and son arrested in Shkodra

Two people have been arrested in Shkodra for cultivating narcotic plants. A father and son, PD, 60 years old, and AD, 41 years old, both residents of the village of Dajç, were arrested.

According to police information, as part of the operation to arrest them, a considerable number of cannabis seedlings, newly planted in the ground, were found and seized in a place called "Këneta".

Police announcement:

Shkodër/The operation codenamed "Phase One" continues.

Intensive controls throughout the territory of the district, to prevent and crack down on attempts to cultivate narcotic plants.

A significant number of suspected cannabis seedlings, newly planted in the ground, in a place called "Këneta", are seized.

In implementation of the measures taken within the framework of the "First Phase" operational plan, to prevent and crack down on attempts to cultivate narcotic plants at an early stage, the services of the Shkodra Police Commissariat have cracked down on a case of this criminal activity in the village of Mali i Gjymtit.

Following the actions in this case, citizens PD, 60 years old, and AD, 41 years old, both residents of the village of Dajç, were arrested, as they are suspected of having cultivated a significant number of suspected cannabis seedlings, which were found in the place called "Këneta", Dajç administrative unit.
