Cultivated 137 cannabis plants on public property/ 54-year-old arrested in Jubicë

He had cultivated 137 narcotic plants on public property in the village of Jubicë. The 54-year-old was caught red-handed on the plot and put in handcuffs.      

Following the investigative and operational actions carried out within the framework of the anti-cannabis police operation, codenamed "Coordinates", the Crime Investigation specialists of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen IR, 54 years old, resident of the village of Jubicë.  

From the investigations carried out in collaboration with DVKM Shkodër, it is suspected that this citizen cultivated 137 suspected narcotic Cannabis Sativa plants, on public land, in the village of Jubicë, where he was caught red-handed by the Police services. The narcotic plants were destroyed by burning.   

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor 's   Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action./CNA
