Journalist Artan Hoxha, in a television appearance, analyzed the attack with two victims and two injured that shocked Shkodra yesterday morning.

Hoxha said that we are dealing with genuine organizations, as well as criminal structures, that since the '90s have had a larger budget than the Ministry of Interior.

For journalist Hoxha, yesterday's event was also a clash between groups, while regarding the solution of the situation, Hoxha said it is too late because crime in this city is related to power. For the journalist, crime in Shkodra appoints deputies and that the city resembles Palermo of the '80s. Hoxha declared that the state has failed and has given Shkodra a concession.

"Today we have genuine organizations. They have been operating since the early 1990s. We are dealing with criminal structures that have a larger budget than the Ministry of Interior.
