Sentenced to 7.6 years in prison for exploitation of prostitution/ 38-year-old

A 38-year-old wanted man has been arrested in the Liqen i Thatë area of ??the capital. Citizen Rezart Hyskollari has been placed in handcuffs.

He was sentenced by the Durrës Court to 7 years and 6 months in prison for exploitation of prostitution. The 38-year-old has 5 years left to serve from the sentence.

Police announcement:

Tirana/The police operation codenamed "Penalty" is finalized.

Sentenced to 7 and a half years in prison for exploitation of prostitution, the 38-year-old is captured in the Dry Lake area and put in handcuffs.

The Special Operations Force services, in cooperation with specialists from the Trafficking Investigation Section, as a result of the rapid administration of information obtained operationally, that a wanted citizen was hiding in the Dry Lake area, finalized the operation codenamed "Penalty".

During the operation, citizen Rezart Hyskollari, 38 years old, resident of Tirana, was located, captured and handcuffed.

The Durrës Court, in 2019, sentenced this citizen to 7 years and 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Exploitation of prostitution." The 38-year-old has 5 years left to serve from the sentence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. / CNA
