The Tirana police have two persons SH, 28 years old, resident in Ferraj, and L. Xh., 32 years old, who for weak motives burned an excavator work tool worth 150 thousand euros. 

The event took place in the village of Herraj. 

Police Notification: 

The operation was carried out by Police Station No. 5, in cooperation with the Special Force Sector "Shqiponja", under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana.

They burned, for weak motives, a work tool, worth 150 thousand euros, the suspected perpetrators were caught and put in handcuffs.

The vehicle used by the two suspected perpetrators to leave the scene is seized as material evidence.

Services of Police Station No. 5, following the in-depth investigative actions for a burning of a work tool (excavator) that happened on 19.10.2023, in the village of Herraj, after an investigative work followed by special methods, based on police intelligence, they organized and finalized the police operation coded "Ferraj".

As a result, the wanted citizens SH, 28 years old, resident of Ferraj, and L. Xh., 32 years old, resident of Zall Herr, were detained.

From the investigative actions carried out, it has emerged that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, for weak motives, on 19.10.2023, in the village of Herraj, burned a work tool (excavator) worth 150 thousand euros.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
