Apartment, bar, hotel, restaurant and luxury car/ Elbasan Prosecutor's

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan placed a preventive seizure on the assets of the UK citizen under the charge of the Criminal Offenses "Exploitation of Prostitution" and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" provided for by articles 114 and 287 of the Code Criminal.

At the request of the prosecution, within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 977 of 2023, the court ordered the seizure of an apartment in the building 583/4 Sh.1, floor 9 Ap.19 with a floor area of ??105 m2 with property no. 5/287+1-19, in Lagje e Re.

At the same time, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Elbasan General Jurisdiction also seized the assets of the AK citizen, specifically a two-story building, bar, restaurant and hotel in Cërrik as part of the property proceedings of 2020, as well as a vehicle 'Lamborghini'.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the confiscated assets have their source from the criminal activities carried out by the citizen, previously convicted in Belgium for the Criminal Offense of 'Trafficking and exploitation for prostitution'./ CNA
