The Tirana police have arrested a 30-year-old man with the initials Xh.L, who was selling watches and other items of expensive brands on the street at fictitious prices and without an invoice.

25 watches and 2 expensive pens of different brands were seized from the young man. 

Police Notification: 

The police operation coded "Okazion" is being finalized by the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes. The 30-year-old was arrested for selling on the street, at fictitious prices, watches and other items of expensive brands.

25 watches and 2 pens of different brands, suspected of being smuggled, were seized.

As a result of field patrols and controls in various entities, with the aim of preventing and cracking down on cases of commercial activities, contrary to the laws, the specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the Directorate for the investigation of these crimes, in DPPSh, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Okazion".

During the operation, he was caught red-handed on "Reshit Çollaku" street, Tirana, and the citizen Xh. L., 30 years old, resident in Tirana.

The Police Services found and seized as material evidence, the 30-year-old, 25 watches and 2 expensive pens of different brands. The items, suspected to be smuggled, were sold by this citizen, at fictitious prices and without invoices.

In the following, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and for the determination of the criminal responsibility of the employees of the Tirana Local Tax Directorate, which cover the area where the citizen Xh. L..

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
