Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Tirana, in cooperation with the specialists of the Sector for Special Operations and Research in DVP Tirana, following the operations to attack criminal activities in the field of narcotics, supported by operational intelligence, for a case of distribution of narcotics, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Location".

As a result of this operation, citizens DD, 32 years old, HZ, 23 years old, VK, 23 years old, and HM, 23 years old, were caught and arrested in the act.

During the intervention by the Police services, these citizens were caught in the act, in the parking lot of a shopping center on the outskirts of Tirana, exchanging 2 plastic bags inside which there was suspected narcotic substance cannabis, weighing about 16.2 kg.

During the control of the residence of the citizen HM, in Korçë, the services of DVP Korçë found and seized quantities of suspected narcotic cocaine.

Work is being done to identify other citizens involved in this criminal activity. / CNA
