Accident on the Korçë-Bilisht axis/ 24-year-old woman lost her life

Accident on the Korçë-Bilisht national axis, two vehicles collided with each other and as a result the 24-year-old ZK citizen lost her life.

The driver of the vehicle, 26 years old, was injured in the accident and is in the hospital.

"Around 22:00, on the "Korçë-Bilisht" road axis, near the village of Z?blak, a "Benz" type vehicle, driven by a citizen TM, collided with a "Peugeot" type vehicle, driven by a citizen KK

As a result of the collision, the citizen ZK, a passenger in the "Peugeot" type vehicle, died.

While the driver of this vehicle was sent for medical help to the Korca regional hospital.

The driver of the "Benz" type vehicle was escorted to the premises of the Police Station, for further actions.

The investigative team is at the scene and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is continuing to clarify the circumstances and the cause of the accident," the police announced. / CNA
