Cocaine laboratory in Fier / GJKKO upholds the sentence of 89 years in prison

The Special Court of Appeal upheld the first-instance decision for the group of persons arrested as part of a police operation in Frakull, where 485 kilograms of cocaine were found.

GJKKO sentenced to 89 years in prison the group accused of the drug quantity of 485 kilograms of cocaine, which was discovered in Frakull of Fier. Summary judgment was applied to the given sentences.

Based on the investigations carried out by the Special Prosecutor's Office, it was found that the defendants, in cooperation with each other, in the form of a structured criminal group, planned, organized and imported the drug load from Colombia to Albania.

Nikolin Gjolena 17 years in prison - 11.4 years in prison with a shortened trial

Viktor Cervanaku - 15 years in prison - 10 years in prison with a shortened trial

Enxhi Ferhati - 12 years - 8 years in prison with a shortened trial

Klajdi Kodra - 17 years - 11.4 years in prison with a shortened trial

Bledar Matoshi - 12 years - 8 years in prison with a shortened trial

Denilson ?ervanaku - 17 years - 11.4 years in prison with a shortened trial

Zenel ?ervanaku - 14 years - 9.4 years in prison with a shortened trial

Redion Meshi - 14 years - 9.4 years in prison with a shortened trial

Julian Malaj - 3 years - 2 years in prison with an abbreviated trial for (not reporting the crime) is released immediately

Marildo Rona - 12 years - 8 years in prison with a shortened trial
