A judge in Colombia has been suspended for 3 months after appearing half-naked and smoking a cigarette during an online Zoom court session.

Vivian Polania turned off her laptop camera after being warned by a bystander that she was appearing in her underwear, but the 33-second video immediately went viral. The complaint was made by a lawyer which then led to the suspension of the 34-year-old, writes A2 CNN.

This is not the first time that this judge has become part of such news in the media. Two years ago, she reacted strongly to criticism of her after appearing in a bikini on social networks, where she exposed her muscles and tattoos.
