According to the preliminary results of the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI), based on 98 percent of the votes counted, Milatovi? won 60 percent of the votes, while the candidate of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Milo Djukanovi? 40 percent.
According to CeMI data, the participation was 70.6 percent.
Local media reports that the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) published the final projection, according to which Milatovic won 58.9 percent of the vote, while Djukanovic won 41.1 percent.
They announced earlier that the participation was 70.7 percent.
Komisioni Shtetëror i Zgjedhjeve njoftoi se në raundin e dytë votuan 69,33 për qind e votuesve ose 375.853 persona.
Biografia e Milatoviçit
Milatoviç ka lindur në Podgoricë më 7 dhjetor 1986. Ai është i martuar me Milenën dhe ka tre fëmijë vajzat Sara dhe Ana dhe djalin David.
Shkollën fillore, të mesme dhe universitetin e kreu në Podgoricë.
Si bursist i qeverisë amerikane, ai kaloi një vit studimi në Universitetin Shtetëror të Illinois.
Pas kësaj ai studioi për një semestër në Universitetin e Ekonomisë dhe Biznesit në Vjenë (WU Wien), këtë herë si bursist i Qeverisë Austriake. Komisioni Evropian i mundësoi atij të kalonte një vit studimi në Universitetin e Romës (La Sapienza). Si bursist i qeverisë britanike, ai mori një diplomë master në ekonomi nga Universiteti i Oksfordit.
Krahas arsimit formal, Milatoviq ka ndjekur edhe programet e organizuara nga Kombet e Bashkuara në Nju Jork, Fondacioni Gjerman Konrad Adenauer, Ambasada e Malit të Zi në Romë dhe Zyra për Bashkëpunim Ndërkombëtar të Fakultetit Ekonomik në Podgoricë.
Përveç kësaj, ai përfundoi programin "Oxbridge Academic" në Oksford, si dhe programe të shumta të Fondit Monetar Ndërkombëtar (FMN) në Londër, London School of Economics (LCE) dhe të tjera.
Ai gjithashtu trajnoi në Universitetin e Pekinit, Akademinë e Lidershipit të Universitetit të Stanfordit dhe Universitetin e Beogradit.
Ai ka fituar çmime të shumta, flet anglisht, italisht dhe spanjisht.
He worked in the banking sector at home and abroad, he was part of the economic and political analysis team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), he dealt with the economic analysis of the Southeast European region and then the analysis of the countries of the Western Balkans .
From 2018 to 2020, he worked in Bucharest as the EBRD's lead economic analyst for Romania, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
