Doktrina e re detare e Putinit ka në shënjestër SHBA-në

Presidenti rus Vladimir Putin shpalli një doktrinë të re detare, në të cilën përcaktohen edhe kufijtë detarë të Rusisë, ndër to edhe ato në Arktik dhe në Detin e Zi. "Ne do të sigurojmë mbrojtjen e tyre me forcë dhe me të gjitha mjetet," tha shefi i Kremlinit në një paradë me anije lufte në Shën Petersburg me rastin e "Ditës së Forcave Detare".

Në doktrinën e re thuhet se synimi i SHBA-së për dominimin e oqeaneve të botës është një "sfidë për sigurinë kombëtare të Rusisë". Dokumenti, të cilin Putin e nënshkroi solemnisht, parashikon gjithashtu zgjerimin e infrastrukturës ushtarake në gadishullin e aneksuar të Krimesë në Detin e Zi. Sipas doktrinës është planifikuar edhe ndërtimi i luftanijeve dhe i aeroplanmbajtësve modernë.

Marina ruse së shpejti do të marrë raketa hipersonike

Putini njoftoi gjithashtu se flota ruse së shpejti do të pajiset me raketa të reja hipersonike të tipit Zirkon. "Shpërndarja e tyre tek forcat e armatosura ruse do të fillojë muajt e ardhshëm”, tha Putin në Shën Petersburg. Kjo armë e teknologjisë së fundit nuk njeh "asnjë pengesë”. Sipas shefit të Kremlinit, fregata "Admiral Gorkov" do të jetë anija e parë ruse që do të pajiset me armën e re. Zona e veprimit të anijes do të përcaktohet më pas nga "interesat e sigurisë së Rusisë"./DW
