Kosovo Police: In some areas, there were shots at police units, there were no injuries

The Kosovo Police has announced that in some locations in the north of Kosovo there were gunshots, and in some places shots were also fired at police units, but that no one was injured.

Also, the police announced that they have received information that Albanian citizens have been detained and mistreated by people who are suspected of being part of the groups that have blocked the roads.

Police notification:

"The Kosovo Police has provided official information that gunshots were heard in some locations, where some of the shots were aimed at police units, but fortunately there were no injuries.

Information has also been provided by the citizens that there are cases where Albanian citizens have been detained and mistreated, causing injuries and causing material damage to their vehicles by suspected persons who are suspected of being part of the organizations blocking the the streets," the communique says. /CNA.al
