The National Business Center has today reminded all commercial entities of the importance of timely filing of financial statements for 2024.

The Central Bank emphasizes that submission within the legal deadline is mandatory and avoids administrative measures.

The deadline is July 31, 2025.

The application is only made electronically through the e-Albania portal.

Documentation includes (when their retention is mandatory):

• Annual financial statements

• Activity progress report

• Audit report /CNA
