The State Cadastral Agency informs all citizens that every lease contract made by notarial deed must be registered within 30 days in the Real Estate Registry. The State Cadastral Agency explains that the registration of the contract is done online through the application in e-Albania.

ASHK emphasizes that registration guarantees transparency and protection of property rights, while contract data is reflected directly in the property card.
