The show "Stop" on TV Klan, today, May 4, dealt with a property conflict between a sister and brother in the city of Vlora.

The complainant, Donika Prillo, addressed the editorial office of "Stop", claiming that she had built an apartment next to her brother, Lavdërim Rrapaj.

According to her, while she was in Greece, her brother destroyed the surrounding wall and flower pots, while the conflict continued with the destruction and reconstruction of the wall.

She also claims to have been threatened and physically abused by her brother and is currently out with a protection order.

Videos have been sent to the editorial office, where verbal and physical clashes between the parties can be heard, including the participation of children, with harsh and threatening language from both sides.

On the other hand, the brother, Lavdërim Rrapaj, states that the land is his property and that he helped his sister settle and build the apartment in Vlora. He opposes the construction of the perimeter wall, considering it unnecessary in a family living together, and admits that he has broken it several times.

He also accuses another brother of instigating the conflict. Verifications at the State Cadastre Agency show that the land is state property, while the building is in the process of being legalized, with the beneficiaries being the heirs of Edmond Prillo, Donika Prillo's late husband.
