CRIMINAL/ Plarent Ndreca threatens GJKKO judges and SPAK prosecutors?!
Plarent Ndreca

The SPAK defendant, Plarent Ndreca, accused of the criminal offense of "violating the equality of participants in tenders or public auctions", who in fact also exercises the duty of lawyer of the other defendant, Erion Veliaj, with 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, has today come out with a public stance, where more than the next statement, his public statement seems like an open threat to prosecutors and judges. (READ HERE)

At the end of the press release from the defendant-lawyer, Plarent Ndreca, there is a sentence:

"Without these conditions" - threatens the defendant Plarent Ndreca, - "any attempt to remove the hot potato or to wash your hands like Pontius Pilate will fail and responsibility will someday, somewhere, seek its address from someone."

What is this sentence? A threat. A threat to whom? Who is the “hot potato”?

Veliaj's case is not a "hot potato", he is a defendant with 13 charges. Why did he lose some requests in court? She is the one who makes the decision, the lawyer, not the prosecutor, can make it.

"Wash your hands like Pontius Pilate"

Who is washing his hands like Pontius Pilate? Who is Erion Veliaj facing? Pontius Pilate had Christ and a thief in front of him. What is Veliaj? Thief or Christ? He is not Christ, that is for sure. With 13 serious criminal charges, yes. Who is Pontius Pilate? The judges? Who is Pontius Pilate? The prosecutors? Who is Pontius Pilate, the other one? To whom is this threat with "hot potatoes" and Pontius Pilate addressed?

"Responsibility will also fail," writes Ndreca, "someday, somewhere, towards someone," meaning at some time in the future, in a place, towards an individual - "its address will be found."

What is the address? The address of responsibility. Responsibility for what? That Veliaj can be punished? And does the defendant Ndreca address responsibility even with time, place and person?

"Any attempt to remove the hot potato or wash your hands like Pontius Pilate will fail and responsibility will someday, somewhere, seek its address from someone."

This sentence is a direct threat, with word forms constructed with a clear message.

"The 'hot potato in the hands of Pontius Pilate' that will find responsibility someday, somewhere, towards someone and the address will also be found."

So, someone will give a decision, someone will be punished, someone will be held accountable before the law, but they will be found.

And this is not just a threat to yesterday's trial panel, which accepted the summary judgment, which has enraged Plarent Ndreca and the prisoner in Durrës prison, but to the other judges who will continue.

This is a CRIME.

Justice is being threatened by a defendant named Plarent Ndreca, a former Socialist Party MP, a former Socialist Party Municipal Council advisor, who finds the courage after a court decision to send a threatening message to judges, prosecutors, and anyone else involved in the investigation into Erion Veliaj.

Statement for the media

SPAK should begin investigations.

This is a flagrant case, beyond the fact that he is a defendant and at the very least should not be practicing law under EU laws, but in Albania without a final decision he continues to be a lawyer, even though he is a defendant.

This defendant threatens to find responsibility in the future against the one who will give the decision on the hot potato. And more than a stance, this is a threat. This is how they behaved, this is how they acted, this is how they threatened with deceit the prosecutor Ols Dado, judge Erion Bani, judge Engert Pëllumbi.

With blackmail and writings that were made by the media, now Plarent Ndreca, the SPAK defendant who defends the defendant Erion Veliaj, has come out openly and gives messages with threatening attitudes towards the justice system./ CNA
