Luftë për pushtet në Urdhrin e Stomatologut, drejtimi “shqiponjë me dy koka”, dublohet vula

Rasti i sotëm, më 22 prill në emisionin investigativ “Stop”, në Tv Klan lidhej me Urdhrin e Stomatologut, i cili ndodhet në një krizë të thellë institucionale, me dy persona, që pretendojnë drejtimin: Arben Muçaj, i zgjedhur në mënyrë ligjore në vitin 2025, dhe Almiro Gurakuqi, i vetëshpallur president.

Konflikti ka rrënjë që në vitin 2020, kur Gurakuqi kundërshtoi në gjykatë zgjedhjet dhe kërkoi pezullimin e tyre.

Megjithatë, në prill 2025 ai u vetëshpall president, ndërsa në nëntor 2025 Gjykata e Apelit rrëzoi padinë e tij dhe njohu si të ligjshme zgjedhjet e mëparshme.

Paralelisht, u zhvilluan zgjedhje të reja, ku u zgjodhën Bashkim Murati për Tiranën dhe Arben Muçaj në krye të Urdhrit.

Pavarësisht kësaj, sipas pretendimeve, Gurakuqi ka uzurpuar institucionin, duke marrë vulën, zyrat dhe duke larguar administratën.

Situata është përkeqësuar edhe nga dyshimet për ndërhyrje të zyrtarëve shtetërorë në çështje administrative si NIPT-i, si dhe nga dublimi i vulës dhe dokumentacionit zyrtar.

Kjo ka krijuar një situatë kaotike me dy struktura paralele dhe paqartësi mbi drejtimin ligjor të institucionit.
