Në rastin tjetër disa familje në zonën e OSHEE-së në Tiranë denoncuan se duan t’i nxjerrin nga shtëpitë, që kanë blerë prej 25 vjetësh dhe që i kanë me hipotekë.

Në mes tyre kishte edhe blerës, apartamentet e të cilëve janë shitur 4 herë.

Problemi për ta ka ardhur për shkak të një konflikti midis dy ortakëve, që kanë ndërtuar këtë pallat.
