Plug/ Suspicious financing with "Check Up" funds, Vilma Nushi gives

The show "Plug" in its next investigation has targeted businesswoman Vilma Nushi, raising doubts about the use of Check Up money for the construction of towers in the capital.

According to Plug, behind this tower stands the name of Ervin Mata, recently arrested in Brazil at the request of SPAK, for drug trafficking.

According to data published by the Plug show, Vilma Nushi's company, Marketing & Distribution, which owns the Checkup concession through the company 3P Life Logistic, also appears to have financed the Victoria Construction company, which is building the Ekspozita Building tower.

It is further noted that, in 2018, the Marketing & Distribution company transferred an amount of 1.1 million euros to the account of the Victoria Construction company. From the balance sheet data of the Victoria Construction company, the reason why Vilma Nushi gave such a monetary amount to the company is not specified.

According to data published on the Plug show, the payment of money by Vilma Nushi on behalf of Ervin Mata's father's company took place just a year before Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku signed the construction permit for the Exposition Building tower, which is being built on the site of the former exposition in the Capital.

Specifically, in 2018, Vilma Nushi paid the first installment of money on behalf of Luan Mata's company.

Later, in 2019, with the signatures of Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku, the development permit for the multifunctional building was approved.

In the following years, the Victoria Construction company removes the names of cash donors, but what stands out is the fact that after 2019 and until 2024, the loans received in cash reach the value of 8 million euros.

Excerpts from the show

The question that arises is whether the check-up money was used for other purposes?

The clues to the answer to this question are found below.

Vilma Nushi's company, Marketing & Distribution, which owns the Check Up concession through the company 3P Life Logistic, also turns out to have financed the Victoria Construction company, which is building the Exhibition Building tower.

Up to this point, it would be something normal, if in fact, behind this tower there were not a name like that of Ervin Mata, recently arrested in Brazil at the request of SPAK, for drug trafficking.

Specifically, in 2018, the Marketing & Distribution company transferred an amount of 1.1 million euros to the account of the Victoria Construction company. From the balance sheet data of the Victoria Construction company, it is not specified why Vilma Nushi gave such a monetary amount to the company.

But the payment of money by Vilma Nushi on behalf of Ervin Mata's father's company took place just a year before Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku signed the construction permit for the Exposition Building tower, which is being built on the site of the former exposition in the capital.

Specifically, in 2018, Vilma Nushi paid the first installment of money on behalf of Luan Mata's company.

Later, in 2019, with the signatures of Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku, the development permit for the multifunctional building was approved.

“Exhibition Building” located on 'Gjergj Fishta' Boulevard in Tirana.

The tower, 93 meters high, will have 29 floors, 24 above ground and 5 underground. The total area of ??the 24 floors will be about 42 thousand square meters and will serve as a shopping center, office space and housing.

In the following years, the Victoria Construction company removes the names of cash donors, but what stands out is the fact that after 2019 and until 2024, the loans received in cash reach the value of 8 million euros.

The names of these persons are not stated by Luan Mata, while no information is provided as to whether the company has returned the money to Vilma Nushi or whether the latter has continued to increase the investment fund for the construction of a tower, which since 2021 has been under investigation by SPAK as it is suspected that it was built with money from Ervin Mata's drug trafficking.

We recall that precisely in 2018, when Vilma Nushi declared that she had invested 1.1 billion lek in Ervin Mata's tower, she also received the first dividend from the Check Up company, worth about 1.2 billion lek, or approximately the amount she invested in a drug trafficker's tower.

Therefore, it remains the duty of SPAK to clarify whether the money that Albanians pay for Check Up has been used to build the towers of criminal groups in Tirana.

What stands out is the key role of the millions taken from Albanians to be later invested in the Towers, which are turning into a money laundering haven.

If we take them one by one, the payments disbursed by Vilma Nushi correspond exactly to the expenses for the payments of foreign architects, a condition set by the prime minister in order to approve the permit.

And then the next investments belong to Luan Mata, who, at least in official documents, does not have the income to justify the amount disbursed.

Moreover, he has not drawn any dividends from the hotel he owns, but any profit has been taken as capital increase. And during this same period, the hotel owned by Luan Mata has undergone total reconstruction, which would make any justification for securing income impossible.

We are tolerating ourselves, to say that what we just broadcast is a direct theft from your pockets. They have robbed you in a barbaric way, even worse than any invader. Millions of euros have gone into the pockets of a handful of people, who have pretended to have performed medical tests, which as was proven in the show have not yielded any results in the health of the population.

The only result is the extortion of tens of millions of euros, with a well-organized scheme, which was launched and is being carried out under the direction of Edi Rama. So, every time you go to hospitals and see that there is no medicine, remember Vilma Nushi's profits with Check Up.

Every time you go to hospitals and the medical equipment doesn't work, remember Vilma Nushi's achievements with Check Up.

Every time you go to hospitals and have to wait in line for an operation because there are no operating rooms, remember Vilma Nushi's earnings with Check Up.

And don't forget, Vilma Nushi had no connection with the health service, on the contrary, she only sold cigarettes and coffee.

Tonight you only watched this, but in the next show we will show you Vilma's companies that received millions from Checkup/ CNA
