Rescue Hala:Sipas verifikimeve të bëra nga specialistët e Drejtorisë Vendore të Agjencisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës Elbasan, për sa i përket pasurisë me numër 1169/11, e ndodhur në zonën kadastrave 85/27 të qytetit të Elbasanit, volum 4 dhe faqe 33, është e lirë dhe nuk ka asnjë shënim për sa i përket bllokim apo shënime të tjera. Është në bashkëpronësi të disa qytetarëve dhe certifikata është lëshuar në 28.02.2013. Që nga data 28.02.2013 kemi një regjistrim të një dëshmie trashëgimie më datë 14.07.2021 pra që një person ka ndërruar  jetë dhe janë futur trashëgimtarët. Shënime të tjera nuk ka. Sot që po flasim, pra më datë 15.12.2022 nga verifikimet e bëra manualisht në sistemin e hipotekës të Agjencisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës  Elbasan, për këtë pasuri të ndodhur në volum 4, faqe 33 nuk ka shënim për bllokim apo shënime të tjera.
