Things happened very quickly, companies were opened, the apartment was acquired, another apartment worth 200 thousand euros was purchased by Mero Baze, and construction of a hotel immediately began, which in total has a loan of around 210 million old lek and the investment is approximately declared to be somewhere around 400-500 thousand euros.

The hotel in Ksamil is in the name of Mero Baze's son, Regon Baze with the surname M11930015J.

The hotel has a private beach, as it itself reports, has dozens of rooms, is a luxury hotel, which is stated to have cost the same as a 100 square meter apartment, exactly where Mero Baze bought it, in the center of Blloku, after attacking the builder.

A luxury hotel with a swimming pool and private beach is being built in Ksamil, one of the pearls of the Albanian coast, by Mero Baze's son with a declared investment equal to an apartment in Tirana.

So, again here we are dealing with a suspected money laundering scheme.

The chain of companies, the income, a company that opens makes 70 million lek turnover and almost as much profit, hotels that are being built, luxury apartments and offices, since the one that is registered as an apartment in the name of Mero Baze's son is also an office for the newspaper "Tema" where he carries out his activity.

So, we are dealing with an individual who calls himself a journalist, but in fact he is a journalist who stinks because he is a millionaire, not to mention a billionaire./ CNA
