Citizen Fisnik Pulaj, 79 years old, owns two property certificates that belong to 2013. One property that has an area of ??16 m2 was registered on the basis of the donation contract of 1973 by his father. Meanwhile, the other property is also registered in the name of Fisnik, which is also based on the donation contract, but there is a note in section E of the property card. This does not allow since 2013 to be provided with a permit to carry out actions on this property, such as reconstruction.
