Municipality delays construction permit for dilapidated house, desperate citizen threatens

Ilir Koçi denounces the Municipality of Tirana on the "Stop" show on TV Klan for unjustified delays in obtaining a construction permit. He says that the current apartment, built 32 years ago, is in a dilapidated and uninhabitable condition, with humidity and water leaks during rain.

According to Koç, the Municipality of Tirana has provided him with the square permit, but has been holding the construction permit in suspense for months without providing any response, even though the application was made by a licensed studio.

The complainant states that he is not receiving any clarification from the institution and accuses the administration of dysfunction.

Faced with a lack of response, Ilir Koçi warns that if permission is not granted, he will be forced to demolish the apartment himself, declaring that he is ready to face the legal consequences.

The show "Stop" has addressed the Municipality of Tirana with an official request for clarification regarding this case, but there is still no response. / Tv klan
