Investigation/ Delina Ibrahimaj celebrated the New Year by "forgiving"

CNA reported a day ago on the investigation into how the Minister of Economy and Innovation, headed by Delina Ibrahimaj, approved the lease of 52,000 square meters of state land in Porto Romano at a price of 1 euro for a 20-year term.

And while Albanians were preparing for the New Year 2026, Minister Ibrahimaj has passed the decision to the government to approve and conclude a lease contract for 1 euro between the Ministry of Economy and Innovation as the lessor and the company "Adriatic Bay Investment Group" sh.pk as the lessee for the state property 1/10 Military Department 2001, a former mine depot in Durrës located in Porto Romano, under the administrative responsibility of the Ministry of Defense.

Minister Ibrahimaj has sent the documents for the lease for 1 euro to the company "Adriatic Bay Investment", but has not held a competition.
