The next session in the Special Appeal for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi has been postponed to July 30. It is expected that the request to change the "house arrest" security measure will be considered.

There was also a reaction on the networks from the lawyer of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, who says that the court of "Afremendshi" gave 3-4 hours to the defense to get acquainted with 42 volumes of the bundle of measures insurance. 

According to him, the tragicomedy "SPAK, Afërmendshi and GjKKO" continues. 

Gjokutaj further states that the screenwriter of this theater is Edi Rama.

Today at GjKKO, the third session took place regarding the 2-month due diligence of the investigation!
The court of Af?ermendshi gave 3-4 hours to the defense to get acquainted with 42 volumes of the fascicle of security measures at the beginning of the process in October '23!
After the submissions and request of the defense for the administration in the file of an expert report, this Court gives SPAK 11 days to prepare in writing!
