The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, today denounced the case of Elton Bualli, the soldier of the duo Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.

According to Këlliç, the Tirana incinerator has loaned half a million euros to Elton Bualli to buy land near the sawmill's landfill. This citizen has bought about 10,500 square meters in the Sharra landfill as you can see in the ownership certificates.

"On Tuesday, the Special Prosecutor's Office made public the new arrest measures for the employees of the ghost incinerator of Tirana, calling them a structured criminal group.
