Scandal at the Magistrate's school/ Candidate takes the case to court

The candidate for the Magistrate's school, Ervis Bajramaj, has taken to the Administrative Court the scandal that happened with the inflation of the lists of winners in this institution.

"I started the process against the Magistrate's school referring to the exceeding of the competencies and double standards that it used for the qualifications of various candidates, where it also changed the list of test results for the year 2024/2025 for judge and prosecutor. The court session is set for September 23 at 15:00 at the Administrative Court", Barjamaj told CNA.

Furthermore, Barjamaj stated that he will continue to insist on verifying the conditions and criteria for judges and prosecutors.

"I asked him to give me the list of marks of the candidate who was not considered by the first level, I will express my desire to verify the criteria for judge and prosecutor as well as for a high category of officials are not protected by the right to information since citizens have the right to be known, it is a right they have for this category of judges and prosecutors, high officials", he says./ CNA
