The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has charged Arnisa Këlliçi, the grotesque former judge of Tirana, accusing her of the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents" and "False reporting".

In July 2024, Kelliçi was officially recognized with the two charges by the prosecutor of the case Englangina Shehu, who after a few months of investigation decided to take the former judge Kelliçi as a defendant and forward the file against her to the court of Durrës for judicial review .

The journalist of "Ora News" Elton Qyno, has learned that the case against Këlliç has been registered at the chief secretary of the court and after the electronic lottery, the file has fallen to the judge, Paulin Çera, to review.

There is still no concrete date for the trial of this case, but it is expected that in the following days, Arnisa Kelliçi will appear before her colleagues to be judged.

Although many months have passed since this event and Arnisa Kelliçi has already been charged with two charges, surprisingly no one has understood why this judge "went crazy" to make an unprecedented scenario. The Durrës Prosecutor's Office claims that Kelliçi has "falsified the document" by writing a threatening content for her and her children, and further forwarded this document to the High Judicial Council as a concern, requesting state protection.

The protection of Këlliç has been decided for a period of 3 months, so much so that the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, reacted at this time.

At the same time, Arnisa Këlliçi filed a criminal complaint in the prosecutor's office in Tirana, where a prosecutor from this prosecutor's office was among the accused.

During the investigations carried out by a Tirana prosecutor and the graphic examinations of the judge's writing, it turned out that the threatening letter was written by the judge Kelliçi herself.

This letter was inserted in the envelope sent to the court by a detainee who was in the trial process and that through the letter in the envelope, he had requested the postponement of the judicial process.

The judge removed the detainee's letter and inserted the letter she wrote herself into his envelope, raising the alarm that he had been threatened.

"...Dear Arnisa. You have two children ….. and ….. Think about them! How can you live, and not them, and this is heavy. With respect..." - says the letter written by the judge herself.

But on February 7, 2024, the prosecutor's office of Tirana announced through a public statement that: "...in accordance with the preliminary investigations as far as has been reported, intensive investigations were carried out by the prosecutor's office in order to secure urgent evidence such as the administration of film footage near the court, the questioning of persons, the taking of free and experimental models, surveillance and seizures at institutions as well as the performance of expertise and in the end the conclusion was reached, referring to the circumstances and the act of graphic expertise, that the object paper the investigation was written by the accuser herself, the judge of Tirana, Arnisa Kelliçi...".

This mockery of the institutions of justice has cost a lot to judge Arnisa Këlliçi, to whom the Supreme Court has immediately removed her physical protection and at the same time suspended her from office./ Ora news
