Fatmir Bektashi is charged/SPAK communicates the charges

Fatmir Bektashi

Fatmir Bektashi, the builder of the former "Partizani" complex, has been charged by SPAK.

This Thursday, Bektashi was informed of the accusations of "Active corruption of high state officials" "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity".

According to SPAK, Bektashi has cooperated with Jamarbër Malltez for the use of sports territories for construction.

Also, the Special Prosecutor's Office claims that the builder, through the company "Homeplan" sh.pk, enabled the concealment of the true origin of Malltez's irregular monetary benefits, presenting them as legitimate business income.

Previously, he stated that he was not wrong and never had an administrative misdemeanor, no longer a criminal offense./  CNA
