The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, continues to publish shocking images of garbage scattered everywhere in the capital.

Today, Kelliçi has shared some images from unit number 9, where garbage can be seen everywhere, near an area under construction, whose site has turned into a large garbage can.

This situation, Kelliçi writes, is a source of epidemic in the heart of the city.

"Now, thanks to the care of the municipality, even the residents throw their garbage here, since they don't have bins in the area. The head of 5D and the de facto owner of the Tirana incinerator has already become a great burden for every citizen of the capital," he writes on social networks.
