The Albanian Road Authority has updated the situation on the roads due to overnight rainfall.
The National Weather Service announces that the intensity of rainfall decreased during the night, while there was snowfall on the Kukës-Krumë, Kukës-Shishtavec, K/Boboshticë-Dardhe axes.
Furthermore, ARRSH informs that the roads have been cleared of snow and salt has been distributed.

During the night, the intensity of rainfall decreased, there was snowfall only in the following areas:
Kukes-Krume, Kukes-Shishtavec, K/Boboshticë-Dardhe
Temperatures have been low, especially in mountainous areas.
Contractors with vehicles and workers have cleared the roads of snow and spread salt to prevent frost.
Drivers should exercise extra caution while driving, and be equipped with winter tires and chains when traveling to mountainous areas with snow.
