The boss of the incinerators or their "brain", as he is called by SPAK, the man who seeks to hide and deny the truth, the man who creates media scenarios and criminal attacks against SPAK, as he did yesterday "live" on the show of Çim Peka on "Syri TV", publicly lied yesterday when he told the Albanians that there was a Public Private Partnership at the Elbasan incinerator and his family had been shareholders for a period of several years.

In fact, Mirel Mërtiri lied publicly when he said that he was a Public Private Partnership.

Public Private Partnership means that the private sector invests its money in a project, develops it, uses it and for a certain period of time returns it to the state .

At the Elbasan incinerator everything started with a small loan taken from a second level bank and then it was invested with the money given by the state, after only 6 months after granting the loan and almost 7-8 months after signing the contract, the investment has started to be paid.

So, the Albanian government has given money to the company to carry out this investment. Stela Gugallja's "Albtech Energy" company did not have the money to invest in the Elbasan incinerator.

It is not PPP but public investment spread over years.

Mirel Mërtiri also said that he had lost several million euros from the investment made in the Elbasan incinerator, according to an expertise made by a group of experts, who in fact should have been handcuffed by SPAK, since in the "washing machines" made by the affair of the incinerators, from the corruption that has erupted, there are also other atrocities.

Mirel Mërtiri claims a loss of millions of euros, but where were these millions of euros, the question arises?

SPAK has it simple. The man who claims to be a simple director of "ITS" and a representative of a company in the Netherlands, is not the owner, he is not the "brain" as he tries to hide and deceive the media, with his propaganda of fines and his corrupt media partners attacking SPAK.

Mireli did charity to Albania by investing some 2-3 million euros more in the incinerator of Elbasan than the lek given to him by the Albanian state!
