I am convinced that the Supreme Court will at least undo all this crap, but until then it seems we have to wait some more time. Because the court is using an absurd logic. New illegalities were also found because we were not informed about some actions of the prosecutor that had been carried out. The phones that were taken from the journalist Elton Qyno, were not taken from his body, at home or at work, but were taken from a bar near here. Extracting data from an investigative file is the responsibility of prosecutors and judicial police officers. The prosecutor in the courtroom admitted that we are dealing with an investigation where the prosecutors themselves are the ones who should be investigated. And on the other hand, the absurdity is that one of the prosecutors who is the subject of this investigation himself, is the one who is currently investigating himself and two other colleagues." , said one of the lawyers.

"The next action is that we will go to the Court of Appeal for Elton Qynon. We will restore those violated rights. The court has been unfair to Qyno in many cases. He was treated like a common criminal. Today we found that the judge is deliberately delaying sending the file to the Court of Appeal. We will file a complaint against the judge for delaying the procedure," said the other lawyer.
